The general objectives of the Inspectorate of Gendarmes Maramures County are:

 

a. Continue to professionalize the staff of the employing unit and to a greater extent, to ensure public order, by:

- A gradual gendarmes contract employees in the warrant officer, according to personal needs and depending on the financial resources allocated;

- Strengthening structures subordinate and faster integration into the general public in urban and rural environment to ensure public safety, prevent crime and other antisocial acts;

 

b. Professionalizing full public structures in the Gendarme Inspectorate Maramures County;

 

c. Ensure the protection of the objectives of institutional competence Gendarme Inspectorate Maramureş County, was committed to the prevention of antisocial acts;

d. Ensuring the security of transport of important values, special transport, consisting of arms, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, toxic or radioactive or other hazardous materials or substances;

e. Ensure public order during meetings, marches, demonstrations, processions, actions pichetare, promotional activities, trade, cultural and artistic events, sports, religious, or other commemorative activities are held in public and involving gatherings of people;

f. Re-public when it was disturbed by any act or acts which contravene the laws in force;

k. Keeping in running the technical means of gifts.

l. Continue to work on investment in running concurrently with the execution of investment projects of low value (supply of gas, etc..) to reduce maintenance costs;

m. Making timely maintenance works of buildings;

b. Provide the percentage of 100% of salary and other considerations of the staff;

o. participation, to order, of sub-units of the Gendarmerie Inspectorate Maramureş County in missions under the aegis of public UN or in activities organized by FIEP
