• regulations governing the organization and functioning of public authority or institution;
• organizational structure, functions of departments, the operation, the audience of public authority or institution;
• name and surname of the person conducting authority or public institution and the officer responsible for disseminating public information;
• Contact details of authority or public institution, namely: name, location, phone numbers, fax, email and website address;
• financial sources, budget and balance sheet;
• own programs and strategies;
• list of documents of public interest;
• lista cuprinzând categoriile de documente, produse şi/sau gestionate, potrivit legii; list of categories of documents, products and / or managed by law;
• procedures for contesting the decision authority or public institution where the person is considered injured on the right of access to information of public interest required;
